Responsibilities:
- Engineering customer-facing application infrastructure and user interfaces, and
integrate with middle-tier and back-end systems
- Develop bleeding edge new shopping and product features for the existing Imagekind
Site
- Develop innovative new features and consumer experiences to support third party
partnerships with leading Photosharing and Art Sites
- Develop and enhance web-based back-end administrative tools to better support users,
customer service and order processing
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, in CS or a related field
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in a large-scale web environment
- 3+ years of experience building Rich Internet Applications (RIA)
- Experience building complex UI interfaces utilizing .NET framework and JavaScript
- Deep knowledge of various development technologies and frameworks
- Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET and the .NET Framework
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, DOM development experience
- Some experience with JavaScript Libraries (Prototype, YUI, etc.)
- Experience in building rich web applications with AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML

- Responsible for all aspects of the data architecture including translating business
requirements into conceptual data models, logical design, and physical design
- Participating with the engineering team in all activities including architecture,
design, software development, QA, performance benchmarking and optimization, as
well as deployment
- Development of Stored Procedures, UDFs and other database objects
- Responsible for all aspects of the database subsystem including database development,
database administration, query optimization, performance tuning, scalability, and
fault tolerance
- Designing performance benchmarks and leading activities related to performance benchmarking
and improvement of the database subsystem
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, in CS or a related field
- Strong SQL Server development experience; schema design, T-SQL & stored procedures

- Testing of Web Services Interfaces (API) and databases and administrative tools
- Work with peers in development and product management to ensure product requirements

- Create test plans and optimize test matrices to reduce required testing time
- Debugging and triaging bugs
- Gather, analyze, and communicate test results and proactively report test cycle
progress and blocking issues to project stakeholders
- Review end user documentation for completeness and accuracy

As a program/product manager you will own and drive the entire life cycle of new
features and products from high level concept design to operational delivery and
beyond. We are looking for someone that is creative, passionate about technology
and innovation, and thrives in a start-up environment.
You'll work with an experienced management team from Expedia, Microsoft and Ask.com
and have the benefit of experienced investors and advisers behind the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and define overall product strategy
- Managing the product cycle end-to-end including planning, execution, and release.
- Work with development, design, test, operations and executive leadership to define,
develop, and deploy new product features, create custom business logic, and integrate
with new systems to meet business needs
- Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product
lifecycle
- Gather detailed functional requirements, collaborate with UI designers, software
developers and software testers to identify feature details and document them in
a functional specification
- Effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus customer benefit.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a program or product manager, ideally in an online environment
- Ability to creatively solve challenging business and technology problems
- Experience gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed functional
design specifications
- High degree of competency with project management including: issue and risk identification
and management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall
project status
- Proven ability to work cross functionally to drive the implementation of new features
