Vincent Stone, Keizer Member Since April 2013 Artist Statement I have trained with glass-painter Dave Archer (though he probably wouldn't admit it). In the mid 90's I became engaged in a romantic relationship with a prominent art gallery in San Francisco that sold over 55 original artworks to collectors around the world. Each time a painting sold, I felt like I was loosing one of my babies. I guess that would mean that to date, I have at least 2,000 babies in the nursery as of now.
Currently, I am studying the art of lost wax bronzing––though the Federally-funded school I attend has cut classes down to one term annually even though each time the class if offered, student fill it up faster than Nancy Poloski can restock her Vaseline supply at Walgreens on a two for one blow-out sale.
I am open to selling original artwork, though shipping costs are high for my paintings on reverse glass. A 24x36" painting ships for around three hundred dollars (minimum). I am currently in the process of completely recreating my website to make it more user-friendly, and I recommend domainspricedright.com to anyone for online needs .
I also have several art coffee table books for sale. The link to find them is on my website homepage.
Having more art than Picasso, I expect imagekind to reflect my prolific collection in the months to come. Thank you for taking time to view my space on imagekind.com!~ God be with you...unless you're an atheist or agnostic, then I would have to say just to watch the Science Channel more. It might just enlighten you enough to see the truth reaching out of this human condition into the blinding light of the Supreme Being who actually cares about you...much like the attendants at Starbucks.
And to the fans of The_Adult_Group, I have to say I'm sad to see it go, but the statistics were not justifying the group of images. It was about a 20 to 1 ratio compared to the other two groups.
