Description These pots were crafted by a man in Nicaragua. He has a shop near his home outside of the capital and molds, dries, carves and varnishes for work. The depictions are sometimes for decoration but many are from Ancient indigenous folk stories and traditions.
Jennifer Gardner, San Francisco, CA Member Since February 2008 Artist Statement Share Life. That's my motto.
We experience joy, fear, love, beauty, grief, and even apathy every day. The images in my gallery are the representations of my life and the ways in which I view the world. My travels across the country and world are just a piece of who I am. After all, as Alfred Lord Tennyson once said, "I am a part of all that I have met." Enjoy.
