Description Prismacolor drawing from a digital photograph of an ancient church in the hill above Alamos, Mexico. The tree grows out of one side and an organ pipe cactus grows out of the other. The church is still in use by the Indians who live in the small village that surrounds the church.
Michael Crane, Sierra Vista, Az Member Since March 2010 Artist Statement I have been involved it the arts since I was a child. I have been drawing and painting since my education began. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, and a Master's Degree in Art Education from the University of Arizona. I taught Fine Art, Photography, and Graphic Art for thirteen years in the Arizona Public Schools. Most recently I spen fifteen months in Korea teaching English Conversation in a private school. I love to paint, draw, take photographs, and experiment with other art forms. Most recently I was living and teaching at Shandong University of Science and Technology in Shandong Province, China.
