Tony Buro is an established Chicago based artist, who has developed his artistic talents since childhood. At the age of thirteen, he already had the ability to create masterpieces. He further excelled in art as a student of the Art Institute of Chicago. He has received many awards and accolades at the numerous art shows and gallery exhibits he participated in. Tony has made guest appearances on major television programs, representing his artwork.
Tony has explored many forms and techniques of art, including drawing, painting and sculpting as well as many different mediums, throughout the years. In addition to creating traditional and realistic artworks, he also enjoys creating contemporary, expressionistic, abstract, surrealistic, as well as science fictional works of art.
Drawing his inspirations from nature, technology and 3D, Tony has and created many, unique artworks. The computer, in addition to brushes and sculpting tools, has provided new tools, and expanded the horizons of his artistic creativity and expressionism.
Using various graphics programs on the computer, he enjoys designing, working with shapes, colors, symmetry and 3 dimensions, exploring, disassembling, combining, as well as reinterpreting his artworks, photos, fractals and different graphic elements and creating beautiful and intriguing, art as well as very cool optical art pieces.
He also enjoys bringing out the essence of what he wishes to express in his art, and creating unique, fascinating and new worlds of artistic beauty and imagination.
