Description This is a photo of a small shop in a back alley. Of course Europe has a lot of alleys but this is an example of how many of them hold hidden treasures. The colors remind me of the freshness of spring and while the headless nature of the figures is a bit unsettling, the beauty of the everyday scene was undeniable.

Artist Statement I have always loved to be able to let people see the world through my eyes. Through my art and my photography I can let people share specific moments and feelings. Hopefully my art also lets people have an experience for themselves.

Either way I love color and what it can do. As a graphic artist I love the possibilities photography holds. I also love the emotion and passion that a black and white photograph can hold. Moments are fleeting as we all know. So to be able to stop time, to save a moment that was beautiful or powerful to me and to be able to share it with others is why I love art. It allows you to literally collect and hold moments and flashes of beauty. Or even bring to life a thought that otherwise would have remained just something in my mind. It's like magic.

These photos are a reflection of the way I see the world and the way I think and feel. I actaully just got into photography a few years ago and realized after the first few flicks that I love it! I really love to travel as well so it works out well. So much to see. I hope you enjoy my photography and if you like these photos please share them with others who would enjoy them. =)
