DescriptionI drove several hours from Austin to reach this field near Whitehall, Texas. When I arrived, the low clouds were thick and a colorful sunrise was not happening. I hung around, admiring this beautiful field of Texas Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush, and finally, the clouds began to break up.While I was busy photographing these Texas wildlfowers, I began to noice all the bumblebees buzzing around me. There is even one in this image. Do you see him?Texas Bluebonnets are beautiful when their colors explode. This field was made even better wiht the mix of red paintbrush throughout the scene.

I am a photographer based in Austin, Texas. I offer a variety of photographs including Austin and Texas Hill Country landscapes, scenes from Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, views of the Cinque Terre, Italy, and landscapes from Santorini, Greece for stock photos, homes, offices, digital files and websites, and for your personal enjoyment. Some of my favorite photographs include the Austin Skyline and downtown Austin area -- including Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake), Zilker Park, and the 360 Bridge (Pennybacker Bridge) -- and bluebonnets and Texas wildflowers in the Texas Hill Country.
Outside of Texas, my home away from home is the Rocky Mountains. I love exploring the Maroon Bells Wilderness outside of Aspen, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park. I’ve also made several trips to photograph the amazing villages of the Cinque Terre, Italy, including Manarola, Riomaggiore, and Vernazza. I welcome you to my site and I hope you enjoy your time here. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at: email - email@example.com website - www.robgreebonphotography.com
