Description If you ever get to stay in New York City, and have some time, be sure to take the subway into Brooklyn, and then walk back into NYC across the Brooklyn Bridge. It is a beautiful site as you really get to soak in the skyline views from different angles. Only wished to see the twin towers still there. Taken with Nikon D300 and Tokina 12-24mm. best viewed in Large.
Andreas Mueller, Chesapeake Member Since December 2009 Artist Statement Born and raised in Germany, relocated to the US in 1984. I'm a former US paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, now working with high-end UNIX systems. I consider myself an advanced amateur digital photographer with inspirations to do this for a living someday.
My gear consists of a Nikon D300 & D200, multiple Nikon and third party lenses, Nikon SB800 Speedlight and Feisol Carbon Fibre tripod with a Gitzo head. Just like many others here, I love taking pictures of varying subject matters, although I'm beginning to become partial to HDR, wildlife, night photography and aviation related images.
