Description Abstract; Alfred, Lord Tennyson...'To rust unburnished, not to shine in use! As though to breathe were life! Life piled on life Were all too little, and of one to me Little remains; but every hour is saved From that eternal silence, something more, A bringer of new things'
Emily Colosimo, Toronto Member Since July 2012 Artist Statement I grew up in an Italian Canadian Family where my mother was a talented seamstress/pattern designer and my father's hobby was redesigning cars. He once envisioned an alternative fuel vehicle over 40 years ago. All of my siblings inherited much of their talents. My first drawing was a lighthouse. I was 4 years old then. From that point on I knew I wanted to be an architect. Sketching, painting and now digital artwork became my passive leisure throughout my life. From Landscape Architecture to Advertising Art Directing I use my artistic tools to envision my ideas.
