Description One of the star attractions of the Smoky Mountains, the famous Cades Cove Loop Road, begins here. Best visited very early in the morning, when the mists hang heavy in the pastures, the deer frolic about, and the throngs of sleepy tourists have yet to wake!
Tim Seaver, Vermont Member Since January 2007 Artist Statement I'm a freelance photographer based in Calais, Vermont, where I have lived for 30 years. I began my career in photography in 1990 with imagery from rural Vermont, and since then have expanded my photographic areas of interest to various National Parks, Wilderness Areas, and backcountry locations like the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
In the public sphere, my images can be seen at the Visitor Centers across the state of Vermont, Burlington International Airport, in the publications of various environmental organizations, and in magazines such as Vermont, Backpacker, and National Wildlife.
