Description The Mormon Rocks are the setting, just off the turn onto highway 138 in California's Cajon Pass of San Bernardino. They are along the Mormon Trail from Salt Lake City to Southern California. The unusual rock formations still show the remnants of the Indians that once used them to grind their grains. The formations are also a continuation of the Devils Punchbowl formations some 30 miles away.(C) All Copyrights Reserved By Glenn McCarthy 2012. A Little Bit About Me
I became immersed in the business of art in 1989 as an owner and operator of three art galleries. Before that time, in the late 1970's, I was a marketer for Christian Graphics and Designs. Now, in the 21st Century, I have landed as a recorder and instigator of the imagination.
What I Do
I strive to capture scenes, moments, places or thoughts... and share a lasting impression to the viewer! My niche is not necessarily found in one style or theme ... but in the scenes that many might just pass right on by without noticing the small pleasures that they afford. Living life to it's fullest includes noticing those things, places or concepts that we take for granted. Perhaps we need to pause a bit more and enjoy a hot beverage along the way.
