As an artist I must tell you that each painting drawing and photograph on this site brings me joy time and time again, not because I am enamored by skill not because I need more from them, not because I wish them to be different but because I experience joy again . The photographs and drawings are impressions past: nothing added or subtracted not sought nor found not mine or yours; just moments that form a path; life lived.
Every composition was there before I saw before I shared. This is what I made my one rule and hold in mind as an artist. It taught me the discipline of drawing, the art of the seeing line, the peace of letting go.
