Artist Statement I am a native Texan, born in Fort Worth and have resided there for the major part of my life. Visual art has occupied substantial time with a high interest in photography and to a lessor degree painting, selling both media at art shows for a number of years. My photography interest was really fueled after the purchase of a used Hasselblad camera. The film darkroom time was really enjoyable, but less room for creativity than the digital darkroom. I now spend hours playing on the computer.

I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures. My personal favorite is the Open Door-Darkness to light. That is why my stage name is darknesstolight.
