Description This was one of those shots where you have to bracket the exposure. You take 10 frames and change the aperture little by little to find the right setting. Luckily, the scene was so beautiful I didn't mind taking the extra time.
Teryn Robinson, Calgary Member Since February 2009 Artist Statement As a landscape photographer, I'm interested in promoting the conservation and preservation of the natural world. I strive to create photos that make the viewer want to renew their connection with their environment. The inspirations for my work are the amazing landscapes that surround me, from the Rockies to the Pacific Ocean.
I'm also very interested in experimenting with different photographic mediums. Digital photography, medium format film, and polaroid instant film create a huge stylistic spectrum.
Photography means the world to me and I'm so grateful to be able to share that with others. I want to take a chance to thank you all for your support and allowing me to do what I love.
