Description In the Swiss Alps, in the shadow of the Eiger, September 2006. Just before shooting, the dog trotted out from the shadow of the house and plopped down, putting a period to the axis and giving the shot warmth.
David Hirschle, Indianapolis Member Since September 2010 Artist Statement Urban planning is my field and it shapes and steers my photographic bent toward cityscapes or wider-angle shots, though not true "landscape" shots. Occasionally fragments of a scene will end up in image form if the angles and interplay of colors grab my attention. My work has been displayed in the Indiana University SOFA gallery and I now seek a wider dissemination. A major focus is on night shots in European cities.
