Description This is a closeup shot, using my Zero Image 4x5 large format pinhole camera, of the huge metal sculpture of Albert Einstein at the Einstein Memorial in Washington, DC. I took this on Easter Sunday, 2007. Note the interesting aspect angles in this image, due to the nature of the pinhole camera.

I am a scientist, astronomer, mathematician, and engineer by trade, and a pinhole photographer by passion. Though I occasionally do "lensed photography", I generally do work with pinhole and zone plate cameras, where no lens is used. I work with either large format (4x5) or medium format film.
