Artist Statement Pierre Killmayer is a French photographer specialized in black and white photography. In the "Full digital" era, he prefers using a full analog process, taking pictures with manual cameras, processing films and printing shots in his photo lab.
"Mastering the whole process is an achievement. There are so many parameters you can control! It is obviously longer than digital editing but the philosophy is radically different. I want to share parts of a work which has been built little by little, in a slow thoughtful fashion. I had fun working on this pictures and I hope you will enjoy them!"
