It is my goal as an artist to create windows between the material and spiritual realms. The shared element in everything in this world, whether it be human, animal, or plant is an energy that flows and is constantly evolving. I am deeply inspired by the artwork of pacific northwest native Americans. Animals were an important part of their life not just in the physical realm but the spiritual realm as well. They used spirit animals to guide them and protect them. Spirit animals represent different aspects of ourselves and our potential to grow and transform.
