This gallery picks up where the AZLandscapes leaves off, namely it clarifies the distinction from traditional oil painting into digital oil painting, which is improving and changing daily. I am one of those older artists who have lived through the computer revolution. The ability for digital styluses and software to replicate natural media is impressive, even for a die hard like me. For the last year I have been acquiring software, a newer computer and the time to practice replacement skills. Incredibly I can now do better work, including three dimensional rendering including the human figure. I am able to focus on my concept, my vision, my expectations, free of my own drafting limitations. The paradigm has shifted.
