These photographs were all taken in the beautiful Scottish countryside around my home. I'm lucky enough to have the fabulous coast of East Lothian, miles of sandy beaches, fantastic birdwatching opportunities, castles, golf courses, and the odd extinct volcano on my doorstep! It's also only two beats of a bird's wing to Scotland's romantic capital city of Edinburgh.
As I work I listen to the buzzards calling overhead, criss-crossing their land - and can spot the occasional red kite!
