I love to look at the lines of an object. A car, a hip, a rose. Whatever the shape it is fun to trace the curves, the straight lines, lingering at the intersection of a complex shape. My illustrations range from stark lines to complex, shaded gradient colors but it is always about shape. Curves in particular. Why is it we find some curves appealing but not others?
