Visual appeal and synthetic significance created ex nihilo by symmetry and repetition. As a great jazz horn player once said: "If you make a mistake, do it again and make something new of it". Some of the images here have come into being accidentally and all of them derive from the chaos in nature. Yet they have been put together very exactly and deliberately for maximum effect which ranges from grace and beauty to fantastic spaces to nightmarish horror.
The interesting thing is that the effect created is something completely new under the sun and not essentially inherent in the building blocks from which the image has been assembled except that the fine detail and texture of the component parts are brought into startling clarity by the vivid emphasis.of repetition, The effect is surrealistic and absurd and often beautiful.
