A couple of years ago I took up yoga mostly as a way to help with back pain, but over time as I learned about what yoga really is I became a serious practitioner.
Since then it has enhanced many aspects of my life and has inspired me to live in a different way and see things more clearly.
It has also inspired me to create art that I would not have created before becomeing a yoga practitioner.
My yoga inspired paintiongs are based on asanas and on the .feelings that somtimes arise from them. The journey the mind may take while practicing the asanas.
