A collection of artworks in the surreal style, using a Photoshop composite method to "cut and paste" different photographic images (digital collage): some are my original photos, and some are properly licensed stock photos. The images have many layers while I'm working on them, and take many hours to finish. The strangeness of the perspectives, light and shadow, size and dimensionality, subject and color are all deliberate and often have symbolic meanings.
These works may include dream imagery, Biblical imagery or my own personal symbolic representations to express spiritual, psychological and relational issues. Many people consider my art to be fantasy, but I don't consider it so. Rather I see them them as visual parables, or a visionary glimpse into a true but unseen reality. My artwork is always from a Christian Biblical perspective, although at first glance it may not seem so. Some of these works are deep and full of puzzles, and some are just for fun, beauty and decoration. I hope you enjoy them!
