This day at the beach on the coast of Washington State was warm and sunny...a real rarity on this coastline! The wind was blowing lightly, just enough to move small amounts of sand into little dunes, and bend it around some of the heavier objects which had been left behind by the receeding tide. The little rocks are what caught my eye. They looked like comets, with their sand tails steaming around them, seeming to be moving through space. Maybe my imagination got the best of me...what do you think! Also included is a leaf, sand dollar, and some driftwood.
