My paintings are imaginary worlds filled with strange shapes, interwoven line and vivid colors. Besides freely applied abstract shapes and lines, I use dream-like figurative forms, often with a whimsical, playful feeling. I like to paint the world of the imaginative, a world radiating with energy. I have a strong interest in mythology, dreams, symbolism and ancient cultures which influence my creations.
