Gallery: WildHorses (14 images)

A collection of photos taken of the wild horses in the high desert of Nevada. I have certain names for some of the horses, given to them from time spent watching them and their interactions or from certain characteristics they showed. They are amazing animals... I call this gallery "Wild Horses" rather than "Mustangs" because there is heated debate over whether or not they are actually true mustangs--the originals--or whether they are genetic crosses with horses that were previously used for cattle herding, farm work, or rodeo/ranch stock. I'll be heading out to take more photos so check back soon for more images of these beautiful creatures.
