Some of my most popular work, appearing on greeting cards (Leanin' Tree) and gift products since 1980, has been paintings of funky cowboys and critters. My motivation is to create memorable art that tugs at the heartstrings or taps the funny bone. I overheard one gallery browser comment to another, "It just sort of makes you feel good..."
