Michael Peychich, Madison Heights Member Since March 2011 Artist Statement Since childhood, Michael has had a fascination with photography but he never pursued it beyond being a hobby. In July 2004 his wife suffered a massive stroke, it was from that time that their lives on took a new direction. Looking for ways to spend more time together they found photography to be a good avenue. As he developed as a photographer his work moved from a hobby to having a higher purpose and at that time it became art to him. Since that transformation in his purpose he has developed a greater appreciation for the world of art. His work is displayed over forty gallery exhibits and fine art fairs a year. His desire is to see artists become successful as well as helping others find opportunities to view fine art in their communities.
