Artist Statement I am 27 year old amature photographer who loves taking pictures. I have no degrees or classes under my belt, and still not fully sure how to use my Canon 40D but am slowly learning. It is a good thing its a great camera and I also know how to edit my photos, thank you photo shop. My eye for detail is enhancing with age, at least some things get better. I am always the one behind the camera and rarely the one in the photo, not that I do not want to be but I like taking pictures more then the rest of my family and friends. I love that you can capture moments in life forever, something to always look back to. Pictures capture a moment in time that you can always re live, bringing back memories, smells, feelings, forgotten moments which is why I like to capture everything. For a moment you can escape back to a wonderful place no matter where you are. I love taking all types of pictures, people, scenary, architecture you name it I will take it.
