Description This artwork is one where my intention was just to have fun with my new fractal illusion style rather than the realistic feel I put into most of my space & scifi artworks, creating a distant nebula that looks like a fish jumping out of a blue stream of plasma gasses of a dense blue star cluster much like Pleiades. Deep space fishing expedition anyone? Its a great artwork for a kids room.
Randall Klopping, Merced, CA Member Since June 2010 Artist Statement I am a disabled person with multiple disabilities working to build a life for myself. I offer a truly unique style of art, weaving my illusions of the universe with fractals and occasionally a bit of digital painting. I hope that my work will find a home on your wall and inspire your imagination.
I apologize that I cannot respond to all peoples comments but with this economy I have not been able to earn much from my art and now the friend who was able to help me over the years is unemployed and I will no longer have internet access. I will try to find a way to once a month or so to use the library's computers to read your comments, but I can't sit or stand for long periods so won't be able to respond much. I like hearing what others think. The cuts that California have done to disabled people's benefits have left me at a point where I can no longer work to try to market my work, so any help people can give letting others know about it so that perhaps I can still earn some money from the works I've gotten up here.
