Description This is an accidental portrait of my friend I took while camping at Yosemite. We were all there on an art field trip with our photography class, and we were all hanging out around the table after dinner, playing cards. This one was done with available light from a lantern, and it captured the mood and the moment. There was no editing or anything in the computer, what you see is what happened in the digital camera. I don't really expect anyone to purchase this one for their own wall, I just wanted it here to show off how cool an accident can be.
Philip Shuman, Modesto, CA Member Since June 2007 Artist Statement I recently graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a BFA degree in studio art. I concentrated in sculpture and mixed media, but I did many great paintings and other two dimensional art there as well. I am now pursuing a Masters Degree and hope to teach art one day.
