Description When a stormfront moves in at sunset, you can get some really impressive cloudscapes. Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge is located in western Volusia County, Florida, and is home to a lot of alligators and wading birds. In this scene, a Great White Egret in the lower left foreground, seems to admire the sunset as well.
Robert Wince, New Smyrna Beach, Florida Member Since September 2009 Artist Statement I have been painting most of my life as a self-taught artist, but I have benefited from numerous classes and workshops. My work has been shown in galleries and outdoor art shows and I have won awards for my efforts. I paint mainly in acrylic and oil and my work ranges in size from 5"x7" to 36"x 60". I enjoy traveling and setting up my field easel in some beautiful area and painting what I see. Perhaps you've seen me painting in one of our national parks or hiking on a mountain trail. Many of the original paintings are still available for sale. email: firstname.lastname@example.org
