Artist Statement Born in Colorado, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up with photography. My father is a respected aerial photographer working on architectural and development projects worldwide. My mother is an artist who designed a unique frame system creating her "mini photos" line. Both are still active in their careers. I've attended many of California's fine institutions of learning andfinally graduated from San Francisco State University in 1997 with adegree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on geography. Since then, I've been working with Proehl Studios, a family business including my parents and sister Aimeé. Currently I live in San Francisco's "Outer Richmond" district, a great base for a photographer. My images are exhibited in art fairs and retail stores
