Shahee was born in Canada, moved to Scotland at age three, and grew up in Singapore and Malaysia. He started exploring oil painting at the age of 16 while living in Malaysia, where he was exposed to many cultures and ways of viewing the world throught attending a private British international school. His interests and abilities were inspired and brought out by an especially gifted teacher, Mrs. Saidin, at the Garden International School in Kuala Lumpur. Shahee's paintings are inspired by nature and his exploration into spirituality, the collective unconscious and quantum physics.
Shahee is interested in merging colour with organic line to create therapeutic mandalas to facilitate healing.
He's since been involved in professional Theatre as a Props Master, Assistant Stage Manager and Stage Technician, where he has enjoyed building costumes, making masks, props and creating in many other areas. Shahee is currently operating his own business (since 2002) and is an internationally renowned Holistic healer & Intuitive Masseur. He is also enjoying working as a Gourmet Living-Foods Chef and Nutitional guide (see: TribalGlobe.com). He's also a certified professional make-up artist, a TESL/TEFL certified teacher of ESL (English as a Second/Foreign Language).
He now lives in beautiful Vancouver British Columbia, and loves to travel the world and enjoy his journey through life on mother earth.
