My name is Mike. I've been a photographer since 1986. My goal as a photographer is to touch people's lives in a positive way through the creation of beautiful images! In a world so full of anger, hatred, oppression, despair, poverty, and violence, I want my work and my life to be the antithesis of that; I want to show people that there is so much beauty to be found around us and I'd like to leave my mark on the world as one who re-focused people's thoughts to things more positive and uplifting! I often say that it is better to light a candle rather than curse the darkness. And so you will see ...

My name is Mike. I've been a photographer since 1986. My goal as a photographer is to touch people's lives in a positive way through the creation of beautiful images! In a world so full of anger, hatred, oppression, despair, poverty, and violence, I want my work and my life to be the antithesis of that; I want to show people that there is so much beauty to be found around us and I'd like to leave my mark on the world as one who re-focused people's thoughts to things more positive and uplifting! I often say that it is better to light a candle rather than curse the darkness. And so you will see that my work includes a wide array of images to include landscape and scenic, flora, abstract, and others. I hope that they metaphorically light a candle in people's lives.

The Lord God is a God of beauty! His creation reflects His love of beautiful things. You can see His handiwork all the way from the smallest things visible under an electron microscope to the vastness of space.
