These galleries represent some of my work over the past 18 years as an editorial and commercial photographer in the music, celebrity portrait, fashion and advertising industries. It has been my privilege to spend some intense and intimate (and often too brief) time with many interesting people. My subjects have usually been those who are very good at doing something - performing, creating, discovering; in so many words, Artists. I have always been fascinated with what makes a person great, unique, or original, and it has been my goal to capture or to interpret these qualities. I have failed as many times as I've succeeded in that respect, but the quest is always interesting. These photographs are the story of that search.
