A Native of The Bahamas, Winston studied Photography at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and the New York Institute of Photography. After almost two decades in the Diplomatic Service of The Bahamas, he retired as Consul General and currently shuttles between Cutler Bay, Washington DC, and the Islands of The Bahamas. He refers to himself as a Generalist, but he has a passion for Flower Photography...Orchids in particular. A former Television & Radio News Anchor and a former News Editor with the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas, he is an alumnus of The Catholic University of America, Washington DC., and the University of Miami, Florida.
