I hail from Vancouver, the lower mainland area of BC. I am inspired by it's diverse landscape. I love the coolness of the forest, the air in the valley, and the weepy green of the coast. Most of all I love the images of decay, the broken furniture in the alleys, the grungy white bits of garbage pasted to the streets and the COLOURS of every neighbourhood. My art is an obsessive and constant attempt to capture these moments, whether they are naturally beautiful or accidentally beautiful. I like to break things down into the most basic graphic shapes.
