I was born and raised and spent most of my life in a suburb of London, England until 1996 when my late husband and I emigrated to the United States.

After overcoming a series of unpleasant events, culminating in January 1998 when my husband passed away from Cancer.  Soon after his death I moved down to Rimrock, N. Arizona onto the property we bought together.

Most of my time was spent in reflection seeking Spiritual guidance. It was then that art entered my life; I have always loved art but never imagined I could produce it. I began to design and make beaded jewelery which I took to art shows around Arizona.  Then life got in the way again and I changed direction; I started painting in acrylics.  Self taught and unorthodox in execution, so much so that sometimes I look at a piece of work and just laugh out loud, but I love it. I paint for me, nobody else.

I like to experiment with different styles and mediums.  My passion is the Native American belief system, and all non-sectarian Spirituality.

Recently I have been having fun with mixed media, in particular assemblage which I am combining with my acrylic painting.
