John W. Tomac is a Brooklyn-based artist. His work is heavily influenced by the great poster artists of the first half of the 20th Century.
John has worked with a number of newspapers, magazines, design and advertising agencies, corporations and non-profit organizations. His work has been recognized by Communication Arts and The Society of Illustrators-Los Angeles.
When not working, John can frequently be found running through the streets of New York City or sitting in the upper deck of Shea Stadium.
John is a 2003 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
