Gavin Wilson

Gavin Wilson was born in Alloa, Scotland and has lived in Cumbria for around 20 years. Originally training in illustration, then moving on to furniture design before concentrating on antiques, he has always been an active photographer. Now he has taken this a stage further with an interesting and unusual take on some well known parts of the area, resulting in some very decorative and at first, seemingly unfamiliar images that capture the essece of the location without going down the route of traditional landscapes, so familiar throughout the Lake District.
