Dave's been making sawdust in the name of art for a few years now. He starts with a fresh sheet of 1/4" MDF, draws his design on it then cuts it into hundreds of little pieces using his Dewalt scrollsaw. the pieces are then hand painted with acrylics. After everything is dry and back in place, it's all glued together. It's a long process, but very enjoyable every step of the way.
