On a cold and snowy day in February 2012 I was bored. I went into my craft room and found a canvas, some paint, a few brushes and sat down and began to paint. It turned out well, and I enjoyed painting, so I painted another one, and I haven't stopped since.

I have always enjoyed being creative and have used a variety of mediums from pencil & pen to yarn & thread through the years to express myself. I stopped sketching, but continued with crafts when my children were young, but now that they have grown into adulthood I find that I now have the time to once again express myself with art (without the fear of my children eating the paints).
