The majority of these images were taken when I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine in the mid 1990s. I was using a Pentax K1000SE with Soviet and Ukrainain brand films that I bought locally.
I also have a couple of Holga images here, which were shot in Berkeley and Santa Cruz, California, after my return from Ukraine.
I am still testing how the images print out on different card stock here, and may eventually replace a couple of the images with others that have a better print quality.
My synapses are continually bouncing, which helps me explain to myself why I flit between...

My synapses are continually bouncing, which helps me explain to myself why I flit between mediums: photography, collage, poetry, short prose...as well as why I have gravitated toward the Zen practice of sitting meditation. To my mind, vegetarianism and veganism are the ultimate forms of ahimsa, and thus I don't eat anything with a face.
Enjoy!
