In my mind's eye, I see my subjects abstractly through symbols, and I strive to show that symbolism to viewers. In that sense the my work captures elements of my imago and dream scape and is not a literal interpretation of the subject it portrays. Many of the images I record appear to be dreamlike, extracted from time, out of reality, although ironically each subject is photographed in his own familiar environment.
