I am an emerging artist from Boston, New York and Los Angeles.
All but two of my family are artists for four generations on both sides. I was formally a professional dancer (Classical Indian). I have been passionate about photography since a young girl but the abstract art only came last year.
Most of my life has been primarily about spiritual practice and meditation thru art as I have a deep interest in sacred arts that have the ability to transform consciousness.

I went to University California Los Angeles, World Arts & Culture, a degree that allowed me to pursue my passion in dance and integrate multi-media and sacred arts.
I lived a hermit's life in India for many years and since 2007 have been integrating back into the world. Disabling chronic
pain for 13 years has had a profound impact on my life and art.
I turn to photography as a tool to express my transformation beyond intense physical suffering. The abstract photos are intended to raise consciousness as well as be healing in their capacity to take one into a portal unknown and yet vastly familiar.
