The Oregon Coast is one of our favorite places on earth. We're fortunate to live here and see it in all of its moods. During the better weather, we love to fly up and down the coast, taking photos of the ever-changing landscape.
Our unique perspective allows us to capture images that range from documentary to artistic. The spectacular nature of the rugged Pacific coastline gives us new opportunities with each sortie. Steady demand for our work has encouraged us to open this on-line gallery.
The photos in this gallery are a joint effort between my wife, Darva, and me. I fly and Darva takes the photos. It gets pretty exciting sometimes, framing photos at 80-120 mph, maneuvering low over the water, and communicating--civilly--in a noisy little airplane. We hope you will enjoy the results of our efforts.
