Becky Hicks

Becky Hicks grew up in the small west Texas town of Breckenridge. She spent most of her summers and holidays on her great-grandmother's ranch, where her love for nature and all things "country" was born. She began painting when she was five years old and has always been encouraged by her friends and family. Becky enjoys paintings a variety of things, trying to capture the beauty of light and the essence of the subject, whether in a realistic or impressionistic way, or somewhere in between.
