Julia Kapp

I live in the small victorian town of Franklin, Pennsylvania. Painting is my life long passion. I am a self-taught painter and I am learning as I go. I stopped painting to pursue a career and start a family. In 1993 I attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute and graduated in 1995 with an Associates degree in Graphic Design. I've been in the field for over 12 years. Now, after building a stable foundation in my life I am finding time to paint again and loving every minute of it!
